About Willow Creek Farm

Stall and Pasture Board
We offer full stall board which includes twice daily feeding of high quality horse feed and hay, clean stalls and turn out. We also have pasture board available. To keep from overgrazing, there are 6 different pasture areas that we rotate our horse herd on. The owner of Willow Creek Horse Farm lives on the property, just steps away from the main horse barn with views of the pastures. Horse Travel or Vacation Board
Are you wanting to vacation with your horse and ride the gorgeous trails in the mountains of NC, but you don't want to camp out? We have safe stalls for your horses, so that you can ride in the day and enjoy the night life of Asheville, along with the comfort of any of the hotels or bed and breakfasts that are located close by. 

We also provide overnight accommodations for horses that are traveling cross country or on a show circuit, including stalls and an arena where we can house large groups of horses traveling in vans. We are 5 minutes from Interstate Hwy 40, with easy access for most truck and trailers.

Horse Medical and Rehabilitation Care
Do you have a horse that has been injured and needs daily medical or rehabilitation care, but for some reason you are unable to do it? We can work with your veterinarian to provide round-the-clock home care for your horse. Our services include wound dressing and bandage changing, hand walking or turnout on flat, even ground, administering medications and any other recommended veterinarian home care. Horse Arena Rental
Would you like to rent a nice covered arena for your horse-related event? We have a 60' X 100' covered arena available for lessons, groups, clinics or overnight stays. We are located in East Asheville, just minutes from downtown, with easy access from Interstate 40 or Highway 240. Please see our Horse Arena Rental page.

Horse Training and Colt Starting
At Willow Creek Horse Farm we provide colt starting, beginning ground work and in-the-saddle training for your horse. Safety for both horses and their owners is our number one priority. We begin by working with your horse first, and then with with you and your horse to make sure that the training progresses into a respectful relationship. Horse Riding Lessons and Clinics
We offer one-on-one instruction, small group lessons and clinics at our facility and at other locations nearby. We work with all levels of riders in many varied disciplines, both English and Western, including: hunter/jumper, classical dressage, cross country, horse handling, ground work, western pleasure, trail riding, roping and ranch roping with cattle. Quarter Horse and Paso Fino Breeding Stallions
Willow Creek Horse Farm is also a breeding facility. We have several stallions to choose from, all with top bloodlines, beautiful conformation, color and intelligence. Horses for Sale
At Willow Creek Horse Farm we also have beautiful registered Quarter Horses for sale. We breed for intelligence, willingness, correct conformation and good minds. Local Horse Transport
Do you need your horse transported to a new facility or a vet appointment, but you don't have access to a trailer? We've been safely hauling horses for over 30 years, and can help you get your horse where he or she needs to go. We can also provide transportation to the University of Georgia and University of Tennessee for any medical care or testing your horse may need. We serve the Asheville, NC area including Buncombe, Madison, Haywood, Mcdowell, Yancy, Polk, Rutherford, Henderson and Swain counties. Pasture and Land Maintenance
Does your pasture need maintenance, or do you need tractor or backhoe work done on your land? Maybe you have just purchased land and you need help designing the horse farm of your dreams? We can help to clear your land, design pasture layouts and build fencing and run-in sheds. We serve the Western NC area including Buncombe, Madison, Haywood, Mcdowell, Yancy, Polk, Rutherford, Henderson and Swain counties. Willow Creek Horse Farm is located about 4 miles from downtown Asheville in the Oakley  subdivision, which is in East Asheville. We are in the heart of the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, and our farm is just a short drive from the following local areas: Biltmore Forest, Fairview, Montford, Beaver Lake, Fletcher, Grove Park, Arden, Skyland, Haw Creek and Black Mountain.
